It’s a long way to Tipperary!!
In November last year I.A.N. (visionary) said that we would be going to Ireland in May. This was amazing for me as in December I left work to rely completely on Divine Providence. On May 18th Eileen (my twin sister), Brendan and myself left for Ireland. We had been invited to talk at a House of Prayer in Doon, Co. Limerick. We had a stop over in London of four hours so Eileen and I sat in Heathrow Airport making rosary beads. We arrived on the 19th at 10am and went and picked up our hire car. We drove down to Tipperary and were met on the outskirts by John who we had met in late November early December here at the Holy Family House of Prayer. We were stopping with he and his wife Nora in Tipperary. We visited the Immaculate Heart House of Prayer on the Friday and joined them for 3pm prayers. Eileen and I again went to Immaculate Heart House of Prayer on the Monday to stop for three days. Brendan went up to Sligo to visit with his relatives. By staying we were able to really absorb the atmosphere of the house. The Immaculate Heart House of Prayer also have an image of the United Hearts slightly different to ours. Before we left we made Rosary Bags and painted on the front the logo of the United Hearts. We then were able to teach the servants of the Immaculate Heart HOP how to make these bags. We also took beads and taught them how to make rosaries and also prayer journals. We acquired a lot of perpetual Mass offering folders so we covered these for the prayer journals. The house was a hive of activity and everyone was excited at the new skills learned. Eileen and I loved joining them in prayer. A bell is rung ten minutes before prayers and they pray in the Oratory of Our Lady at midday, 3pm, 6pm and 8.30pm. The Servants wear a grey habit with a red cord and a blue scapular with the United Hearts image embroidered on the front. They have been asked to wear the habit in humility and obedience. They wear the grey habit when working and add the blue scapular when praying. The servants volunteer to work at The House of Prayer. The jobs are varied from front reception, computer work, washing, cleaning cooking and tending the vegetable patch and gardens and looking after people who visit. The person rostered on kitchen duties cooks the meals and cleans up after. The meals are shared with whoever is there on the day. During the meal someone reads from either scripture or a book on the lives of the saints. There is also rooms where retreatants can stay. On Wednesday night we joined them in the Calvary Room from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm. They have prayers and singing and it is a truly joyous occasion.
On Thursday we left for Sligo. It
took about 4 and half hours to get there and we drove up the West coast of
Ireland. We stayed with Brendan’s sister Frances. She has a beautiful house
overlooking a lake and also the ocean. Frances used to paint so Eileen was
given free use of all her equipment. Eileen then set about painting the most
beautiful Sacred Heart picture.
On Saturday we left early for Achill Sound. I messaged a lady called Lily who had also visited us here at the House of Prayer to say we were going to Achill. The trip took us about 2 and half hours. Ireland is such a picturesque country. We went to the chapel at Achill and joined them for midday prayers and 3pm prayers. After we went to have afternoon tea before our trip back to Sligo. When we were walking through to the car a lady called me and I turned to find Lily. She had driven four hours as soon as she got my message to meet us there. She then introduced us to everyone and asked us to stop until 5pm and meet Christina Gallagher. We met Christina and she asked whether I had any tears of Our Lady. I had bought some with me and I was able to give Christina a bottle. Sunday we had a rest day with church and lunch and then on the road again on Monday to Knock. We spent a prayerful day there and in the afternoon visited an old people’s home to deliver a letter to one of the residents Chris (104 yrs old). This was a wonderful experience as they were all saying the rosary when we arrived so we joined them then sang Ave Maria at the end and touched them all with the tears. One old nun commented that this would give them something to talk about for weeks to come. Our next stop was to James Donaghue’s house for dinner. (James had been over to Australia in February and wanted us to meet his prayer group). We had a lovely home mass and then we both gave a talk on what was happening in Rockingham. We ended by touching the people with Our Lady’s tears and drove back to Sligo at about 11pm.
Tuesday we went northwards to Cooktown and visited Sacred Heart House of Prayer. The servants there dress similarly to Immaculate Heart HOP. We meet two girl servants in their late 20’s. We sat for a hour or more talking with them and we stayed for 12 o’clock prayers and lunch then a quick look through. Jesus had told them he wanted them to print out literature regarding abortion and the messages they are given so they have just finished building a shed to hold all the printing equipment.
It was now time to leave Sligo and head back to Tipperary and prepare for the three day retreat starting Thursday night. We once again moved into Immaculate Heart HOP on Thursday morning and began making prayer journals in readiness for the weekend. Friday was Sacred Heart feast day and Saturday was Immaculate Heart feast day. There was great celebrations on both these days. We were asked to speak on these days to retreatants and visitors and we then prayed with them all. The three days went quickly and was a wonderful way to finish our time in Ireland. We said goodbye to everyone on Sunday night and then on Monday went to Cork in search of our ancestors. While at Immaculate Heart HOP we spoke to Fiona and Marcia regarding our ancestors O’Mahony and they told us that they also had ancestors called the same. Their Mum, who is also an identical twin was interested also in finding any information. They asked us to visit Inchigeela on our way to Cork as this was where Fiona received her first apparitions of Our Lady when she was 12 years old. We stopped and said a rosary and afterwards saw a couple at a nearby table so went over to say hello. I told the man why we were there and he said he had done a lot in genealogy and asked the name. When I told him the name he said that was the name of his grandmother and he had the whole ancestry and if we gave him our name and address he would send it to us. God is so good how he links us all up. We spent the day in the Cork area and then headed back to our base. We headed out the following day to Mount Mallory to visit Our Lady’s grotto and the abbey with John and Nora. On Wednesday we went back to help again at The Immaculate Heart House of Prayer. Nicholas (Marcia’s husband) was wanting help to record music to CD’s and they were also wanting to start a web page. We helped out all day and were pleased with the amount we accomplished. I went back again on Thursday to finish and Eileen flew out from Shannon to England for 3 days before heading back home.
On Friday I travelled with Mary from House of Prayer to Dublin to stay with her daughter before flying out the next morning at 6.40am. Mary kindly took me to the airport at 4am. Originally I was to fly home on 26th June but I decided to change my flights and come back two weeks early as I felt that what we were called to do had been accomplished and I felt that the need was greater here. Two days before we left for Ireland Channel Seven did an update on the statue and what was happening here. The West Australian newspaper also did an article. It has been very busy here with a lot of pilgrims coming to visit. While away I believe that there was about 50 people who attended the first Saturday vigil for Our Lady’s intentions.

CHAPLET OF THE UNITED HEARTS
The Chaplet consists of 5 sets, and is prayed on a peace Rosary
Creed on the cross
OUR FATHER
1. In
Honour of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
"I invite my children to realize the profound depth and perfection that
comprises my Adored Son's Heart. Allow yourselves to be drawn into this Vessel
of perfect Love, Mercy, and Truth. Let the Flame of His Heart consume you and
bring you to the heights of union with the Holy Trinity. Give to Him all honour
and glory!"
"Jesus, bestow on my children a hunger for salvation through devotion to Your
Most Sacred Heart."
(1) Our Father and
(3) Hail Mary's
2. In
Honour of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Immaculate Heart of Mary, you are the purest vessel of grace, the definition of
holiness, and a sign of the apocalypse. Mary, your Heart is a Refuge of Holy
Love - a counter sign in an evil age.
Dear Heart of Mary, it has been ordained that the conversion and peace of the
world be entrusted to You. Only through Holy Love can the battle be won. As
you, Heart of Mary, have been pierced by many swords, pierce our hearts with the
flaming arrow of Holy Love.
(1) Our Father and (3) Hail Mary's
3. Meditation on
the Passion of Our Lord.
"Jesus willingly suffered death for the sins of mankind. He died for each one
and for all. From His side flows there still flows an unending font of Love and
Mercy. Do not be reluctant; as Simon was reluctant, to embrace the crosses you
are given. Many suffer the eternal flames of hell, for no one has been willing
to suffer for them."
Lord Jesus, truly present in the tabernacles of the world, hear our prayers.
(1) Our Father and (3) Hail Mary's
4. Meditation on
the Sorrows of Mary
"As my Son suffered for you, I suffered as well, in my mind, in my heart, and in
my body. My physical cross remained hidden. My emotional crosses could only be
imagined as the intensity burned within me. So, too, should your suffering
remain hidden, whenever possible, to gain merit for souls, grace for the world."
(1) Our Father and
(3) Hail Mary's
5.
Atonement to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
"I invite you to understand that your agreement to accept Holy Love brings you
into harmony with Our United Hearts. I tell you this for to live in Divine Love
in every moment requires self discipline and surrender to Almighty God's Divine
Will. You can sacrifice many great things - possessions, events, and more - but
none so great as your own will. This is the greatest atonement.
(1) Our Father and
(3) Hail Mary's
Conclude by saying the Prayer to the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
CONSECRATION TO THE UNITED HEARTS OF JESUS AND MARY
O United Hearts of Jesus and Mary, You are all grace, all mercy, all love. Let
my heart be joined to Yours, so that my every need is present in Your United
Hearts. Most especially, shed Your grace upon my particular needs at this time.
Help me to recognise and accept Your loving will in my life. Holy and Sacred
Wounds of the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary answer my prayer.
Most Worthy, United Hearts of Jesus and Mary, I willingly consecrate myself
this day to You. I surrender to You all I own, both interior and exterior. Let
my life be a continual hymn of praise to Your Most Holy United Hearts. Take the
victories and defeats of my life into Your Hearts. Use them, as You need them,
to bring about Your triumphant reign.
Amen.
