Day of Prayer

The next Day of Prayer is 24th May, 2006 which is the Feast of Our Lady Help of Christians.  Mass will be celebrated at 11.30am and if you are planning to stay for lunch please bring a plate of food to share.

The next prayer vigil is the 6th May from 6pm until midnight.

8th March 2006 Eileen – apparition night)

You pray for missionaries in far off lands, in countries afflicted with poverty and corruption, but fail to realize that you need to pray and step out boldly in faith for your own country Australia, your country is wealthy and prosperous but spiritually one of the poorest.  I want you to be my missionaries of merciful love.  Spread the message of Divine Mercy to the people of Australia.  Help them to come back onto the path which leads to their Heavenly inheritance.  I ask for your many prayers to help in the conversion of your country.  So many people are more concerned with how much wealth they can accumulate and think nothing of their spiritual welfare.  Offer many prayers for the people of Australia to open their hearts to the gifts the Eternal Father longs to give.  Your prayers and self sacrifice will help in the salvation of souls.  I ask you to take up the challenge to be missionaries for my Son Jesus.  Learn the ways of Christ by reading the Scriptures, by reception of the Sacraments.  Pray through the Divine mercy of Jesus.  Accept his merciful love in your own lives and let this love flow out to others.  Be missionaries of Divine love by your loving actions.  Bring your loved ones close to Jesus through your prayers offered humbly.  Pray especially for them in His hour of mercy.  Do not despair but cling to hope in your lives.  Be bathed in the merciful love of Jesus which flows from His most Sacred Heart.  Trust completely in your Heavenly Father through His Son Jesus.  Believe more fully that He has your welfare at heart.  He awaits your prayers.  Do not stay distant and distracted by worldly matters.  Come close and receive the love He wants to pour down upon you.  Change your ways.  Put your life in right order.  Time is short so do not wait.  Make the changes needed now and receive the graces and blessings promised from your Eternal Father through the merciful love of Jesus in the Holy Spirit.  I am with you and want that which is best for you.  Confide in me and let me lead you by the hand to the love, peace and joy which await each one of God’s children.

 8th April, 2006 (Eileen—apparition night)

I remind you again be true imitations of My Son Jesus the Christ.  Just as He said Thy Will be done Father in Gethsemane I ask that you also accept the trials and persecutions and abandon yourself completely to the Will of the Eternal Father.  The time ahead will have its difficulties and it is important that you have complete trust in God your Father even in the most difficult times.  I remind you that His plan for you is filled with hope.  I ask you to carry your cross with dignity and complete humility of heart with the knowledge that you are helping in the fulfilment of a new heaven and new earth by your redemptive work.  I ask you again have courage to step out in faith.  Pray always for those who persecute you and do not dwell on the negative comments told instead hand all over to your Heavenly Father through Jesus His Son and come back close and be immersed in the merciful love of the Blessed Trinity.  Be disciplined in your prayers and remember to always pray for discernment you need before doing the work you have been asked to undertake. I am with you every step of the way and I will give you my protection and guidance.  I ask that you always speak truth.  Do not water down the words you speak in fear of what your family and friends may think.  Always reach out in love to those around you and pray for the inspiration you need from the Holy Spirit I want you to walk the walk of Christ Jesus this week as you follow His path.  Come close to Him by reading the Scripture passages and understand the commitment He gave to His Heavenly Father for the redemption of mankind.  Examine yourself well this week my little one and let your Heavenly Father know your commitment you give to help in the redemptive work of mankind.  Be always patient and persevering and ask for the courage you need.  I want you to know that you are never abandoned.  I am close by to you and will help you in any way you need.  I ask for your many prayers over the coming weeks.  I send to you this night the many graces and blessings of your Father in Heaven through Jesus His Son in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.  Be always filled with the peace of Christ for the work you have been asked to do.

8th March 2006 — (IAN apparition night)

Trust in the love and mercy of our ever compassionate Father in Heaven. Acknowledge and accept the graces He gives to you and know of His true and real concern for the state of your souls. I have asked you to be prepared and I say that not one moment of your life should be wasted. Let your life be full and focus on God’s will and work with Him for His unfolding plan. Be generous and sharing to all who come across your path. Be patient and listen to their journey and share the truth of my adored Son, Jesus, with them. Many do not know Him at this time and still more do know Him and ignore His real presence in everyday life. He asks for you to come and spend some special time with Him as you search for answers and struggle to understand circumstances around you. He is the answer to your concerns and worries. Be humble, loving and live a wholesome and purpose driven life.  Be compassionate and learn and understand and live the Beatitudes. Listen to all that I am allowed to teach you and rekindle your love for Jesus. The love of Jesus shines through you when you fully accept Him and His message. 
It is time now to live these messages and not just read and repeat them. Pray for strength to be able to perform this act of obedience. Almighty God’s love will fill your heart and shine on to the darkness which tries to encroach upon everything. Let go of trust in worldliness and humanist science and trust in the glory of creation and give thanks to He who is the creator. Never cease to love each other as I love you and as My Son loves you. You exist to support, protect and comfort each other and to help each other to find salvation and happiness in the knowledge of God.  I, as always, thank you for responding to the words of The Father as I have been able to give them and I ask you to know that the words are living words and will always be relevant in every age. When I no longer come to you these words will be your comfort and constant reminder that you are loved and never alone.

I thank you all for asking me to be with you this night and to join you in prayer and in your devotions.

The Eternal Father sends His blessings upon all of His children and I ask you to open your hearts and accept His freely given graces. Return to Almighty God and allow peace to reign in your hearts and your souls and in the world. Peace can only be achieved if you turn to The Eternal father and live His Holy Will in your lives. So many reject Him and His great love and as such they wander in a world of compromise and darkness. Pray for strength to hear God in your life and to accept His directions. He awaits your return and wants you to know that with His help and love all burdens are bearable.
He gives to you all that which you need and yet so many neglect to ask Him for help and support. Trust in His mercy and desire to see all of His children removed from suffering and want. Allow me to lead you to my Adored Son, The Christ and through the acceptance of His light and truth you will be led to The Father. Use the time given, well, and prepare now for the trials which are to come. With Jesus within you and leading you along the path you will not falter. Make time to be with Him as He awaits you in the Tabernacle. At this time feel His compassion and love which is given to all and let His Mercy become a part of you. Immerse your self in the depth of His passion and share in His loneliness and sense of abandonment. Do not let the cup our Father offers you pass you by. Continue to bear your suffering quietly in this time of preparation by surrendering completely to Our Father’s Will. You will never be alone when you recognize the love of God and accept it. Your trails may be great but they will also be of great worth. Thank The Eternal Father for the blessings He gives and the burdens which you accept. Be humble and obedient and loving. Seek always to be selfless in your actions and always be willing to forgive and reach out to all with God’s love and ready to show His mercy.                                                                                                                                     Be at peace and know that many of your brothers and sisters can be saved by your willingness to reach out in faith, hope and courage.

Please pray for Our Lady’s intentions

Below please find a message that was given on 24th April via a locution.  Our Lady has told us on many occasions that things can be changed or mitigated through prayer so never doubt the power of the humble prayers offered to Our Father through the intercession of Our Blessed Mother.  She has also told us Do not be afraid.

24th April 2006

Fear not, for many graces are gained for many of your brothers and sisters when you offer sincere prayers and willingly accept the sacrifices you bear. Through imitation of my Adored Son, Jesus you are able to offer profound love and compassion. He lives within the hearts of all who accept Him and His love and forgiveness. Keep your hope and faith alive and growing through your prayer and actions. Learn to forgive as you have been forgiven and know that all are capable of forgiveness just as all need the same. Love of almighty God and His truth is not a guarantee of forgiveness but it gives knowledge of that forgiveness. When you fall I will help you to rise and when you stumble upon the rocky path The Christ and His light will smooth it for you. Be prepared as the next month dawns for great changes are possible and much prayer is needed.  Much can be avoided through prayer and some can be lessened. Always trust in Almighty God even when the times are darkest and His plan will shine through.  Read Philippians 1..6

God’s Providence

On Friday we celebrated the birthdays of three of our helpers here at The Holy Family House of Prayer.  Mel’s birthday was on 28th April and Brendan and Des’s birthday was the 29th April.  Each day when people come to help here we share our lunch time meal through the providence of God.  I was sitting at the table with the group thinking that I should have bought a birthday cake and the front door bell rang and there was a young lady who handed me the cream cake below and a bunch of roses for Our Lady.  I came back in and said “Happy Birthday boys and I am sure you would love these roses to be given to Our Blessed Mother.  While on birthdays we wish many happy returns to Frances (another worker) who turned 88 today (1st May). 

Usually on a Monday my cousin Jenni who helps out brings a chicken for lunch.  Just before Easter Jenni could not come and I was thinking well I wonder what we are going to have for lunch and the doorbell rang and there was a lady standing there with a cooked chicken and a dozen bread rolls.  We have bought the photo copier to print the newsletters and the message books about a month ago.  On Friday I was sorting the master sheets into files and my lever arch file was broken and I thought I must get another one.  On Saturday as I was going into church I saw on the seats outside about 8 lever arch files with a large note saying “free”!! 

God is so good to us and I am sometimes in awe of how much He provides for us on a daily basis.  Thank you My Loving Father for your providence.

UPDATES

We are still waiting on news from Channel Seven as to whether we can use the footage on  our DVD Faith’s journey.  I will let you know via the newsletter as soon as this DVD is ready.

Eileen and I will be travelling to Darwin in June to speak to people and to the East Coast of Australia.  I will let you know when the plans are definite.

We had a bumper day on our website recently as Spirit Daily (online Catholic newspaper) placed a direct link to our web site. 

We are still receiving a lot of visits from pilgrims from all parts of the world and recently we had a group of friends that came from Darwin, Melbourne and Perth to spend four days here.  I will be printing there story in the next newsletter.
