Text Box: Joyful Mysteries 1.  The Annunciation Fruit of the Mystery:  Humility  Mother, you were told by the Archangel Gabriel “Do not be afraid”.  I ask now that you help me to step out in faith and “be not afraid”. 2.       The Visitation Fruit of the Mystery: Love of Neighbour Mary, my Mother, your generosity of spirit was beyond compare when you walked to visit your cousin Elizabeth.  Help me when I reach out to others be compassionate and caring when I reach out to others. 3.       Birth of Jesus Fruit of the Mystery: Poverty Dear Mother, Jesus was born because you trusted in the Father’s Divine Will in your life.  Help me to completely trust the Father in every part of my life. 4.        Presentation in the Temple Fruit of the Mystery:  Obedience Mother, you obeyed the laws and presented Jesus in the temple.  Help me to always be obedient to the Commandments God the Father has given. 5.        Finding of Jesus in the Temple Fruit of the Mystery: Joy in finding Jesus  Mother, you understand the feeling of loss when you thought Jesus was missing please help me to have courage to hand all over to the Father when people close to me seem so distant from the Church. Sorrowful Mysteries 1.        The Agony in the Garden Fruit of the Mystery: Sorrow for sin Jesus, you were rejected and abandoned and You knew what was to happen but still you obeyed the Father and submitted to His Divine Will.  Help me to submit to the Father’s Divine Will in my life. 2.        The Scourging at the Pillar Fruit of the Mystery: Purity Lord, they were so cruel and you endured much for the salvation of mankind.  Help me to endure any criticism or persecution and offer it back to the Father to use for the redemption of others. 3.        Crowning with Thorns. Fruit of the Mystery: Courage My dear Jesus, I cannot imagine the agony you suffered when they pushed the crown of thorns deep into your head.  Help me to accept with courage any suffering I may have in my life knowing you are with me at all times. 4.        Carrying of the Cross Fruit of the Mystery: Patience My Lord Jesus, you carried your cross for me and still you reached out in love to others on the way.  Help me to carry my little crosses patiently.  May I not let them weigh me down but  still be able to reach out in love to others. 5.        The Crucifixion Fruit of the Mystery: Perseverance Dear Jesus, You died so I would have new life.  Yet still we do not listen and learn.  Help me to always persevere and may I always hear the words you speak to me so I do not crucify you anymore Glorious Mysteries 1. The Resurrection Fruit of the Mystery: Faith Dear Jesus, Thank you for all you have done for Me. You rose again and showed us the way to Eternal Life. Help me to always have faith and realize that you will guide me towards my Heavenly Inheritance. 2. The Ascension Fruit of the Mystery: Hope Dear Jesus, You ascended to sit at the right hand of the Father in Heaven. Help me to hold on to the hope that one day I too will ascend to my Heavenly Home. 3. The Descent of the Holy Spirit Fruit of the Mystery: Love of God Thank you for sending us the Holy Spirit to inspire us into leading faith filled lives. Help my love for God to grow ever deeper through the graces given to me by the Holy Spirit. 4. The Assumption Fruit of the Mystery: Grace of a Happy Death Dear Mother, Queen of our homes and Queen of Peace. The Father took you body and soul into Heaven and uses you as Co-Redemptrix of Mankind through your Immaculate Heart. Guide me this day to my Eternal Father, to your Son’s Sacred Heart and to the Holy Spirit of Love. 5. The Coronation Fruit of the Mystery: Trust in Mary’s Intercession Mother, you have been crowned Queen of Heaven and Queen of Earth. I thank you for the Motherly wisdom and guidance you give me and for hearing my prayers and interceding on my behalf to the Blessed Trinity. Luminous Mysteries 1. Baptism of Jesus Fruit of the Mystery: Openness to the Holy Spirit Jesus, You were a humble example to us all when you allowed your cousin John to baptize you in the River Jordan. Help me to always be humble and recognize the gifts and graces I am given by the Father through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit 2. Wedding at Cana Fruit of the Mystery: To Jesus through Mary Jesus, you listened to your Mother when she asked you to help at the Wedding Feast of Cana. Help me to listen to Our Lady as she guides me towards your Sacred Heart. 3. Proclaiming the Kingdom Fruit of the Mystery: Repentance and Trust in God Lord Jesus, you stepped out in faith and ministered for 3 years to the hurting people. Please help me to also have courage and step out in faith and help those people that are sent to me by God to help by serving them in love and compassion. 4. Transfiguration Fruit of the Mystery: Desire to Holiness Lord, you showed your Divinity to the Apostles in the Transfiguration. Transform my life dear Jesus so I may be a shining light to others and may grow in holiness. 5. Institution of the Eucharist Fruit of the Mystery: Adoration Lord, you left us a visible means of nourishment by the institution of the Blessed Eucharist. Help me to use this Sacrament of grace often to gain strength for my journey. OUR LADY'S 15 PROMISES TO CHRISTIANS WHO RECITE THE ROSARY THE FIRST PROMISE Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the rosary, shall receive signal graces.   THE SECOND PROMISE I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the rosary.   THE THIRD PROMISE The rosary shall be a powerful armour against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies. THE FOURTH PROMISE It will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.   THE FIFTH PROMISE The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the rosary, shall not perish.   THE SIXTH PROMISE Whoever shall recite the rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life.   THE SEVENTH PROMISE Whoever shall have a true devotion for the rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.   THE EIGHTH PROMISE Those who are faithful to recite the rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plentitude of His graces; at the moment of death they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise.   THE NINTH PROMISE I shall deliver from purgatory those who have been devoted to the rosary.   THE TENTH PROMISE The faithful children of the rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in heaven.   THE ELEVENTH PROMISE You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the rosary.   THE TWELFTH PROMISE All those who propagate the holy rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.   THE THIRTEENTH PROMISE I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestial court during their life and at the hour of death.   THE FOURTEENTH PROMISE All who recite the rosary are my sons, and brothers of my only son Jesus Christ.   THE FIFTEENTH PROMISE Devotion of my rosary is a great sign of predestination.
